What is the Glow Club?

The Glow Club is a monthly facial program at M Spa designed to help you maintain glowing, ageless skin.

What’s included in my membership?

Every month, members receive one luxurious facial, combining our most-requested hydration and exfoliation treatments into one pampering experience. Members also receive 15% off all skincare, all the time, plus a loyalty bonus (of a treatment or full-sized product) for every three months of membership.

You can also purchase unlimited additional Glow Club facial experiences at the membership price of $150. If you’d like to try a different skin treatment instead of your Glow Club facial one month, you can use your $150 membership fee as a credit toward your purchase of any skin treatment at Majewski Plastic Surgery and Spa.

What does the Glow Club facial include?

The Glow Club facial is a 120-minute treatment that includes:

The ultra-hydrating Intraceuticals® Oxygen Facial
Microdermabrasion of the face and neck
A custom chemical peel
A face-defining brow wax

If purchased separately, these treatments would cost over $300. Your Glow Club experience costs just $150 per month - making it a smart investment in your skin!

Is the Glow Club facial right for my skin?

We designed the Glow Club facial to give our clients everything they need to maintain healthy, happy skin, which comes down to the fundamentals - exfoliation and hydration. The treatments included are excellent for cleaning, rejuvenating, and nourishing the skin and are suitable for all skin types.

PAYMENT/MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

How does it work?

The first step to becoming a Glow Club member is to choose your membership type:

Monthly Membership: Monthly members pay month-to-month for a flexible membership experience. Your membership will cost $150 per month, starting on the day you join, and will be charged on the same date each month. We recommend this membership type to clients who are new to the Glow Club or who might not be able to commit to a full year of treatments.
Annual Membership: Annual members pay once a year for the most cost-effective membership experience. Your annual membership will cost $1600, due when you join, giving you an annual savings of $200. This membership option is ideal for clients who are committed to regular facial appointments.

What if I can’t make it one month?

Not a problem! Although there’s no way to pause your membership, you can roll over your treatments for up to one month.

How do I schedule my appointments?

You can schedule your appointments by calling us at 870-333-5737 or using our online scheduler. Many of our Glow Club members request standing monthly appointments so that they can take the work out of scheduling their appointments each month! If you’d like to set up a standing appointment, call us or send us a message at hello@majewskips.com and we’ll get you scheduled.

Can I share my membership?

At this time, only you (our lovely Glow Club member) can use your membership.

How do I manage my membership?

To update your payment information or to cancel your membership, simply click Sign In at the top of our home page.

A pop-up will appear asking you to enter the email address and password associated with your account. A side menu will appear with a few options. Click Subscriptions and then select whichever action you’d like to complete:

To update payment method: Click Payment Method and then Update Payment Method.
To cancel your subscription: Select your Glow Club subscription, click Cancel Subscription and then Cancel Subscription again in the confirmation window.

What happens when I cancel my membership?

First off, we’ll miss you! If you need to cancel your membership for whatever reason, you can do so online using the instructions above. If you’re a monthly member, you’ll still be able to receive any treatments you've already paid for, but your card will not be charged moving forward and you will no longer be able to enjoy the perks of membership (15% off skincare, loyalty bonuses, etc.)

If you decide to rejoin, your loyalty bonus ‘clock’ will start over.

Note: We do not give refunds on unused memberships.

If you purchased an annual membership, but will be unable to receive your treatments (for example: if your family moves mid-way through the year), please reach out to us at hello@majewskips.com and we will provide you a few options for using your remaining balance.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Help! I forgot my password.

It happens to the best of us. Unfortunately, we cannot reset your password for you, but you can reset it yourself.

To do this:

Click the Sign In link at the top of the home page, then click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours. If you’re still having trouble, reach out to us at hello@majewskips.com to confirm that you’re using the correct email address associated with your membership.
