AN IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ALL GLOW CLUB MEMBERS

Dear Glow Club member,

Starting March 1, we will be using a new system to manage our Glow Club memberships on our brand new M Spa website!

We are excited for this change, because it will make it easier for new members to join, and easier for existing members like you to access your account directly through this M Spa website.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:

In order to complete this transition, we will be asking each member to provide us with their payment information once more (for your safety and privacy, we do not store this information) so that we can create an account for you in the new system.

Your existing account (currently managed through JoinIt) will expire at the end of the current month to ensure that you are not charged twice for the same month’s treatment. (We’ll take care of this part!)

We’ll keep track of your loyalty bonuses to make sure that you still receive those in 3-month intervals starting from your joining date.

NOTE FOR ANNUAL MEMBERS

If you purchased an Annual Membership, Maja (our marketing director) will be reaching out to assist in your transition to the system (the process is slightly different).
